If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product(s) and get a full refund or exchange the product(s) for another within 14 days of receiving the good(s).
Please notice that you need to email us at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving the good(s) and specify the reason for the return.
Items have to be in perfect condition when they are returned to us, accompanied by the return blank. Please make sure that the product(s) are returned in the exact same condition as you received them, with the tag and seal attached. Place the product(s) together with the return blank in the original shipping box. Please close and tape carefully.

During shipment to you, XV Atelier is liable for all damaged or lost goods. During returns, you are liable for goods that are lost or damaged on their way back to XV Atelier in accordance with Swedish shipping standards.
You are responsible to pay for the shipping cost in the event of a return or exchange. Refunds take up to 30 days to process. If you receive a product that is defect, damaged or if the return is due to a mistake by XV Atelier, we will bear or reimburse the delivery cost. Kindly report a reclamation to us before you send the returning item(s).
